When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please email us or contact through Trade Manager(carolzs@fiber-products.com) to get prompt response. Please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Can we use our own logo and design?
Surely you can. We'll put your logo or use your design according to your requirement.For logo file must Al file.You should afford the mold cost.

What is your terms of payment?
Normally by T/T, but we also accept L/C for mass production: 30% deposit before mass production,the balance is against the Copy B/L.

How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is the priority.we will do 100% quality inspection before shipment.

What’s the delivery time of your products?
Usually the delivery time is 25-35 days after confirming order and details. Delivery time depending on your purchasing quantity and production season.

Are you manufacturer or trading company?
We are manufacturer.

For the items which is producing now, there is no MOQ. Otherwise, the MOQ is 100,000 pcs for each item.

Of course, we usually provide existing sample for free. Customers afford the courier charge. For the new item, we can finish the sample mold within 3 days.
