Restaurants and foodservice brands increasingly ask for PFAS-free food packaging, but a verbal promise is not enough. Procurement teams need an evidence chain: PFAS test reports, material declarations, supplier statements, food-contact compliance documents, product specifications, and batch traceability. This is especially important for molded fiber packaging, bagasse tableware, clamshell containers, takeaway bowls, plates, and ready meal trays used with greasy or moist foods.
