In the context of global plastic restrictions, plastic bans and the sustainable development of “double carbon”, Zhongxin Co., Ltd., as a leading enterprise in the world’s pulp molded environmental protection tableware, its products account for about 16% of the global market share of pulp molded tableware products. The company’s IPO plans to issue no more than 25,559,700 new shares to the public, and plans to raise 1.538 billion yuan to invest in the construction of two projects with an annual output of 100,000 tons of bagasse degradable and environmentally friendly tableware and R&D center facilities, etc., in order to further improve production capacity and intelligent production level, and promote the company’s market share to continue to increase.
